About MusicTracker

The all-in-one platform built for electronic music professionals. From your first demo to global stages, we handle the data so you can focus on the music.

Why I Built This

My name is Stefan Pavlović, a DJ and producer with years of experience in the electronic music scene. Over time, I developed a deep understanding of what it takes to release music professionally: how to evaluate a demo against strong reference tracks, what technically separates a release-ready track from one that needs more work, and how to position music for the right labels and the right moment.

But the part that always cost me the most time was what came after the release. Every time I put out a track, I found myself scattered across a dozen platforms. I was checking play counts on Spotify, hunting for chart positions on Beatport, searching for DJ support on 1001Tracklists, reading comments and monitoring radio plays. There was no single place to get a clear picture of how a release was actually performing. And without that clear picture, it was hard to know what to improve next.

As a DJ, the challenge was different but equally fragmented. Staying on top of what's trending, filtering through promo emails, building tracklists that flow. All of it required jumping between tools that were never designed to work together. Planning a set properly took hours that should have been spent in the studio or at the decks.

I built MusicTracker to solve the problems I lived with every day as an artist. One platform, every data point, built by someone who needed it themselves.

For Labels & A&R

MusicTracker maintains one of the most comprehensive electronic music label databases available, with over 1,200 labels spanning house, techno, trance, drum & bass, and every subgenre in between, continuously updated as the scene evolves.

Each label profile includes genre focus, submission preferences, response times, tier classification, and direct contact information. This gives artists the context they need to target the right labels with the right music at the right time, and puts an end to cold outreach to labels that don't fit your sound.

For labels and A&R teams, MusicTracker provides a clear picture of an artist's release history, chart performance, DJ support, and audience reach across all major platforms, which makes it easier to evaluate incoming demos with data behind the decision.

How It Works

MusicTracker connects to official and public APIs from YouTube, SoundCloud, Mixcloud, Deezer, Discogs, Last.fm, MusicBrainz, Bandcamp, Volumo, and more, combined with our own curated Beatport and Traxsource chart data, refreshed weekly. When you search for a track, we query all sources simultaneously and aggregate the results into a single, unified dashboard in seconds.

For DJ support detection, we cross-reference data from MixesDB set archives, SoundCloud reposts, Mixcloud shows, Beatport and Traxsource chart entries, and Volumo curation to find every DJ and chart that has picked up your track. Radio monitoring covers NTS, Rinse FM, and BBC Radio 1.

Our AI demo analysis uses advanced audio processing to extract technical parameters and provide production feedback, label matching, and reference comparisons. It gives you the kind of insight that used to require a professional A&R team.
